EasyVisit is a small Cape Town team building visitor management for the realities of SA properties — boom gates, contractor permits, parcel rooms, blacklists, and loadshedding.

EasyVisit started when our co-founder spent 11 minutes signing in a plumber at his estate — illegible paper, no resident notification, no record after the fact. The next morning, he started writing the first version.
Three years later, we run visitor management for 127 properties across Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria. We're still small. We still answer our own support emails. We still go onsite to see how guards actually work.

We read the Act before we wrote the first line of code. Data minimisation, retention limits, audit trails — not features you toggle later, but the foundation we built on first.

Real people, same time zone, same context. Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 SAST. WhatsApp-first because that's how business works in SA.
No per-visitor pricing
You pay for your property size, not for how many visitors show up. A busy December shouldn't double your bill. Every feature on every tier — no asterisks.
